Hitachi Power Tools Parent Company Changes Its Corporate Name Effective June 1

Hitachi Power Tools (Hitachi Koki USA, Ltd. transitioning to Koki Holdings America, Ltd in October 2018) today announced its parent company’s corporate name change from Hitachi Koki Co., Ltd, to Koki Holdings Co., Ltd effective June 1, 2018.
The new corporate name, Koki Holdings Co., Ltd (headquartered in Tokyo, Japan) is designed to maintain continuity with its current name, while also reflecting the multiple brands it encompasses around the world, and accelerate the investment in acquisitions to expand the global business. As a leading manufacturer of power tools and life-science equipment, this new corporate name embarks on a new chapter of its 70-year global history.
