Koki Holdings Announces New Management Structure in Japan

Effective today, Koki Holdings Co., Ltd (parent company of Koki Holdings America Ltd) announces new appointments to its C-Level management structure in Japan effective April 1, 2019.
Atsushi Morisawa was inaugurated as Representative Director, President & CEO of Koki Holdings Co., Ltd.
Osami Maehara, who served previously as the President & Representative Director & CEO, was appointed to Chairman of the Board of Koki Holdings Co., Ltd.
Hirobumi Yumoto was promoted to Senior Managing Executive Officer & Chief Strategy Officer of Koki Holdings Co., Ltd. Yumoto will simultaneously continue his role as President & CEO of Koki Holdings America Ltd.
